These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between c4444 ("we", "us", "the platform") and its users ("you", "member"). Using c4444's website, mobile app, or any of its services means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

C4444 is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. We offer betting on cricket, football, and more than 20 other sports, along with Live Casino and slots games.

To open an account at c4444, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
• Only one account may be opened per person or household.
• Multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email address, or device are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

Once registration is complete, an OTP will be sent to your mobile for verification. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and should include both letters and numbers.

C4444 may request identity verification at any time. KYC may be mandatory for large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

Documents typically required for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back photos.
• Passport or birth certificate (if NID is not available).
• A recent selfie photo with your face clearly visible.

If the provided information does not match, c4444 may temporarily suspend the account until the matter is resolved.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on c4444:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash/Nagad/Rocket, ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Amounts below this cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• C4444 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees — however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.

C4444 reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction pending investigation. Additional verification may be requested if an unusually large transaction or suspicious pattern is detected.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on c4444 at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Pre-match bets must be placed before the scheduled start time of the match. Bets accepted after the deadline may be voided.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds confirmed at the moment the bet is placed are final.
• If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with c4444's own rules.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

C4444's decision is final on all betting market result announcements. Any disputes regarding a result must be raised with Support within 72 hours of the match.

C4444 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general terms below. Each offer also carries its own specific terms, which are displayed on that offer's page.

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (WR) — the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fulfilled.
• Winnings earned from a bonus balance are added back to the bonus balance and can only be converted to cash once the WR has been met.
• A voucher code can only be used once. Using the same code across multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirement (WR) is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the wagering requirement (WR) of the earlier bonus must be completed first.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c4444 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using false identity or age information at registration.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical errors.
• Cheating or harassing other members.

C4444 uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify such activity. Where a violation is confirmed, relevant authorities may also be notified.

C4444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• When the user requests self-exclusion.

You may request account closure at any time. The closure will take effect once any remaining balance has been withdrawn.

C4444 believes betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. That's why we provide the following tools to all members, free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to permanent account closure.
